Description
The Rigol SA-DS1000Z serial bus analysis licence permanently enables the serial bus triggering and decoding functions (RS232, I2C & SPI) on Rigol DS1000Z series digital oscilloscopes and Rigol MSO1000Z series mixed signal oscilloscopes. Please refer to the Rigol MSO/DS1000Z Series User Guide for further information. The MSO/DS1000Z Series User Guide can be found on any Rigol MSO/DS1000Z instrument page, under the ‘DOCUMENTS’ tab.
Each licence contains a unique product key. The product key is used to generate a software licence code that must be entered into your instrument.
