Rigol MEM-DS1000Z Deep Memory Licence

Description

The Rigol MEM-DS1000Z licence increases the maximum memory depth to 24Mpts (from 12Mpts) on Rigol DS1000Z series digital oscilloscopes and Rigol MSO1000Z series mixed signal oscilloscopes. Please refer to the Rigol MSO/DS1000Z Series User Guide for further information. Each licence contains a unique product key. The product key is used to generate a software licence code that must be entered into your instrument.
