Great advice from David and I even upgraded my order to include the signal generator model. I’m a home enthusiast looking to get my first digital scope and now is the time to purchase, great new models from Rigol and cheaper than ever before. I ordered from Telonic Instruments with confidence and received the unit the very next day, and double boxed too. The unit was pre-inspected and tested before despatch and delivery tracked also. Perfect service, great product for the money
Telonic were very helpful and efficient in processing my order over the phone. As I live locally, was able to collect the instrument that day. While on site, they made sure the firmware was the most recent and that it all worked.

RIGOL DS1074Z-S arrived Telonic’s new scope/source
I received my Rigol DS1074Z-S. That was impressively fast.
Thank you. Triggers nicely on all channels (sine wave 100 KHz). All seems in order… much reading to do from the user guide and programmers guide (might even create an open source python interface if time permits).
Everything seems intuitive and the scope does feel well built leaving me with a positive first impression. It is certainly good for everything I need.

What a service from Telonic / Rigol UK
Dave was brilliant start to finish. Extremely helpful and fast.
I was slightly worried up front about buying a Rigol. Part of me said pay the extra £200 and get an ex-lease scope from a brand name.
Glad I didn’t. The features of the Rigol punch well above its price tag. It works well and I now have the benefit of first class support from Rigol uk should anything go wrong.
First class service from Dave & Co so far. Will buy again.
