The Rigol DS1052D mixed signal oscilloscope offers the convenience and flexibility of a 50MHz, 2-channel oscilloscope and logic analyser in one bench instrument. It’s features include: 1 million points of deep memory, FFTs, record and replay, roll mode, alternate trigger mode and adjustable trigger sensitivity.
