Equipment was delivered promptly and is physically pretty much as described on the website. Only really calibrated the probes at the time of writing but the screen looks clear and the basic knobs and buttons are intuitive.
They lost a star on the paper work. I did find the user guide on the website but it seems to have been translated by different people. In some areas the English is fine and in others its clearly written in Chinglish.
The offer on the website included free software. Not clear what software is being provided or if its has been provided. I haven’t quite got that far in the user manual yet.

The Rigol is easy to use has tons of features and takes up a lot less room that the Tek.
It does all I need it to do and more.

My scope was delivered very quickly despite the tail end of the Christmas rush. If I ever need any other electronic equipment, I will certainly look at Rigol’s range first.
Not too impressed with the free DMM, but it was free, so I can’t really complain.
